It`s the seventh year that it`s been celebrated, so it`s not a long costum, he he. it was started by the american Alex Hirka i 1998, to promote a more open view on seuality. Also to give an inspiration to people who were stuck in sexual habits or inhibitations. The way to celebrate it? Think you can figure that out pretty good ;) havent heard its an official celebration of any kind no. the only thing I have heard about is a brazilian town making the orgasm day an official holiday.
