Small short stories of love, seen from different perspectives and totally different people.Each story is written by a different person. They are all taking part in the city of Paris.All from the divorcees to the mother who has lost her child.
A very few of them ended a little "American style", but it was bearable.
The rest was true, heartwarming and close.
And even though it was not a "typical" feelgood movie. Some of the plots were more real and down to earth, I left the cinema with a lovely feeling. Maybe just because of that.

Marie Antoinette
The life of the famous queen under the french revolution.Supposedly seen from a modern perspective.
The only modern feeling I got from it was, that there were sequels where you got a feeling that the direction is made by young teenage American girls who loves decadent lives and shopping.
The movie ends up being an extremely shallow portrait of a woman, which we never really get to know.
And it stays on the surface from beginning to end....If you want torture, go see it.
I am sorry. but Sofia Coppola did not follow in her fabulous fathers footsteps this time (One of my alltime favs, Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula)
I was ready to leave after 20 minutes, but kept through, in all fairness to the movie
- in case it would surprise me.
It didn't!
