The medieval Festival of Oslo
...Was a lot of fun. I went both days it lasted. Its not as good as the one in Swedenbut still great. And I never give up an opportuneaty to walk around in medeval clotes that I have sown and designed myself.
The first day I went with Tale, a sweet and funny friend of mine(See pic)
and the second day I went with Stig, a new acquaintance, which I am starting to like more every time I meet him.
I even bought some nice thingys there.
The first day with Tale we just strolled around and took in the atmosphere, the people, the nice costumes, the surroundings.

It was also kinda fun when we went through Oslo in our costumes on our way to the festival. People were staring their eyes out and a lot of people were actually just smiling at us too, it was really nice.
I was actually considering dressing up like this on ordinary days, just for the fun and the sweet smiles.
I even forgot to bring my money on the first buss we took and some woman offered to pay for my ticket.I am always happy when people are like that, gives me hope for this society after all....That there exits some selflessness and goodness for the fellow human being.
The second day at the festival Stig and I saw some of the happenings there.
We saw a gjoeglere as we say in Norwegian, or jesters as its called in Englishh, doing a show with juggling, fire and knives in a good medieval style. It was cool and one of the jesters was a hottie (Muhahaha)
Then we listened to some storytellers doing oldfairytales. She was a good teller but I could see that she had been telling the story a lot of times. Then we saw the tournament. And I must say any guy can look hot if you put him on a horse in a knightscostume.(maybe my twisted brain again)
I took a lot of pictures of it, it was cool.

We also got to know this kid that was awesome and funny, while we were watching the tournamanet. We eneded up having a conmpetition with him about who could break the leftovers from the knight-battles in the tiniest pieces.
Here is a picture of him forming something that looks like an anarchy A for us, with some of the smallest pieces.(his head being the circle) ha ha.
Finally wee went a littlel round and looked at all the things for sale. I boughtt a funny-lookingg medieval hat, a choker and a thingy for my ear.

Of course I haggled like an 100 year old woman from Russia, ha ha. It was a lot of fun, and I got some really good prices as well. But with haggeling the price isnt the main issue for me, its the fun of doing a theatrical display with the salesperson. (If they are poor I give them the price they wanted in the first place, when I am done with the haggeling) If its a person with humor they will go for it with me, but it semes not everybody get convinced when I tell them I have 14 starving kids at home. If you want to see more pictures, just tell me and I´ll post them.
PS: I have no photoediting program, so bare over with me with some of the bad cutting on the photos. It annoys the life out of me but too, but what can I do?

Bubblewrap, Stine and purple hair
Today was a LOT of fun.
An old friend of mine, Stine, who used to live in the house I am at now too (before she moved in with her boyfriend) came on a visit.
We had a long talk and it was really nice seeing here again. After talking for a while we somhow ended up in the basement.THEN we found a treasure......
we found some bubblewrap....
we found LOTS of bubblewrap.
First we just took it with us up again (forgot all about the reason we came down there in the first place), and then we just sat in the couch and cracked bubblewrap.
On a sillsy-scale from 1 to 10 I think we were about 13.
We were really good on the cracking. But it seemed Stine was even better than me, I was a little jealous. She had a special "twist n`crack"-technique that would just bring the best and heighest amount of "boombangbang-noises" in the bubblewrap.
After a while we advanced even further. We seemed to come up with different shapes and forms with the wrap. Together we made a mermaid with a hunchback. Or a "merback" as we called her. She later became accessories in my hair.
(......you see it in the pictures. You also see a little of the street I live in, in the picture. Its an old neighbourhood with lots of old wooden-houses. Very cosy.)
but tonight was sillinight.
We didnt stop at that though, oh no.....we ended up somehow as "designers", creating very special dresses for ourselves - and what you see in the pictures are the result.
I took pics of her and she of me.
One thing I had forgot was that there were coming people over to see the apartment (since I am moving) and suddenly there were strangers moving around through bubblewrap and giggles.
It was an awesome day, long time since I had that huge amount of creative and really good silliness in a log time. And I really think we looked stunningly-stupid in the dresses.
Oh, I forgot, I dyed my hair purple today too. Or it was supposed to be purple but it ended up more purple-pinkish.
I am putting two pics of me and one of Stine here. Basically because she looks too good to have more than one picture of her here. 😁😆👌 .........Well - it was a great day and....
...
We would be one step closer to worldpeace, if people had more bubblewrap in their lives. (You are allowed to quote me on this ;)

I stole this from Jennys blog :
"Octave Mirbeau - The Torture Garden
The Torture Garden
"You're obliged to pretend respect for people and institutions you think absurd. You live attached in a cowardly fashion to moral and social conventions you despise, condemn, and know lack all foundation. It is that permanent contradiction between your ideas and desires and all the dead formalities and vain pretenses of your civilization which makes you sad, troubled and unbalanced. In that intolerable conflict you lose all joy of life and all feeling of personality, because at every moment they suppress and restrain and check the free play of your powers. That's the poisoned and mortal wound of the civilized world."Octave Mirbeau - The Torture Garden

Love is real
Kinda sentimental, but the warmth in it was good for me today:
"Love is real
it is not
just in novels or the movies
it is fact
and it is standing here right in front of you
so if you open your eyes
what a sweet discovery
there is hope, and there is joy, and there is acceptance
so now let all the light that collects on your plants
keep you warm
make you smile
and I will be there with this pen in my hand to record
all the while
you'll be laughing so loud
that the house would shake with sound
and everything will be as new as the day it was found.
Love is real
it is not just in long distance commercials
or something that you thought you felt back in high school
so I will turn
black and white
become that horoscope you're reading
it predicts something good is on its way
and then I will send you the world green and blue
in a box through the mail
you can open it up
hold it right in your hand and be glad that it's there
and be glad that you're there
now you can feel all the knots in your stomach start to untie
and suddenly it's not so hard to say you're alright.
Love is real
it is not
just in poetry and stories
it is truth
and it will follow you
everywhere you go from now on
so if you would just cast off your doubt
then your lips would answer for you
oh my darling, when you smile
it is like a song
and I can hear it now."

Tired, tired, tired, tired
Oooooooooooooooooh!
People play so many games, its hard to relax in a world full of hiding humans
Maybe I do it too, but I really dont feel like I do
And then its the bills, and the paperwork, and all the responsible-adult stuff
I just feel so tired of it all today

Maybe I do it too, but I really dont feel like I do

Run Lola Run
Chaos theory, or offsprings from it, seems to be hot in the movie world.I just saw "Run Lola Run", and I thought it was great. Here is a part from the movie that I really liked:
......Humans. The most secretive species on the earth. A mystery of unanswered questions.
Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going? From where do we have this things we believe are certainties? Why do we believe anything it all? We are searching the answers of innumerable questions.
One answer that leads to an other one. The next answer leads to yet an other question and so on.
But isn't it always the same question? And isn't it always the very same answer?
The ball is round. The game lasts 90 minutes. That's a fact. Everything else is pure theory

Crazy
My mom read my blog the other day.
One of many comments were: "You shouldn't write about ADHD and taking sleepingpills and such. People have problems with these things. They will just think you are messed up an pathological and crazy."
Oh, well.
If people think I am crazy, they might even be right, Muhahahahahahah! ;)
And if they think I am pathological, that's their issues, not my problem.
I wont censor my thoughts just because others might think something negative about them
Think all you want people!!!
I support your 100% freedom to do that
YEY!

Bullied Teen Who Sued School District Wins $250,000
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) -- A Kansas teenager was awarded $250,000 Thursday in his federal lawsuit claiming that he was so badly bullied by classmates that he quit school.
Dylan Theno, now 18, claimed Tonganoxie school district officials knew about the taunting and did nothing to stop it.
...
Theno testified that a rumor started in seventh grade by another student that he was gay continued into high school, where classmates called him derogatory names for homosexual men.
The school district's attorney, J. Stephen Pigg, of Topeka, said in closing arguments that name-calling and crude comments are something that boys -- and men -- do all the time.
"Guys think things are funny that ladies don't think are funny," Pigg said. "In the seventh grade that is enhanced. ... It just happens. It is just part of the joking and kidding of seventh-grade boys."
Oh, I get it.
So if somebody does something bad and its common to do it, then its not bad.
Wow, that makes sense.
Why fight injustice at all! Lets just lye back and enjoy the ride.
What a smart lawyer! (And his name was Pigg, sorry, but that was just a little......)

MY magic potion
I went for a walk in the forest..... Its like taking a magic potion.
First I walked through the streets of Oslo, and I just felt out of place; I don't fit in, something is wrong.
I feel like an outcast who doesn't belong in a world like this and who doesn't get it all. I look at the people passing me by, hear what they say and I just don't get it!
And then I come to the forest and everything just feels right. I AM just my footsteps on the ground, the smell of the moss and the sunshine through the trees.

Today - random
Today....Today it is sunshine - both inside and out, my jaw hurts, its windy, I was looking at some more H.R.Giger work and really liked this "Mermaid transformation", I think I want to eat strawberry icecream, the house is all silent, I am wearing a skirt over my pants, I am thinking about dying my entire hair purple - but am wondering if that will ruin my work-opportunities for the next month, the floor cracked while my roomy was passing me - she smiled,
I am looking out the window into the street below, I have a little angel and a little devil sitting on top of the computer-screen, two guys and a girl dressed kinda slutty just came out of a backalley with a huge videocamera, I feel very calm, a guy who nearly had his tongue out of his mouth just rode by on a big, silver-colored bike, I have no trouble accepting that people come and go in my life anymore - I have let go of the need to try and control any feelings, Its peculiar how I seem to scare some people with my so called "overthinking" OR my energeticalness (Is that a word?) I don't know why - but I seem to do, I love the tree outside my window- its just so huge and comforting, my roomy is talking with her boyfriend who is traveling with the Trans-Siberian railroad - She sounds so happy - in love, I am going to go and walk a little in our garden barefoot.

Snap judgments
Why do people want to put labels on things so fast?
I have gotten messages from people thinking now that I am outgoing because I am exhibitionistic.
First of all, that post I made saying I was in an exhibitionistic mood was more of a joke. I often joke around with things like that.
Second of all, yes, I do like to be watched some times, but that is in more private situations and doesn't really have to do with exhibitionism.
Third, why the labels????? Can we just be humans without having to get a print in our foreheads. Do you have to have things easy????
I am outgoing because its my nature. I am curious and I love people, okay???
I whish people would just stop seeing categories and start seeing life instead.
Also, if they feel hurt by not getting what they wanted from me (or something/ somebody else) Why react by trying to hurt me? I dont get it. If I feel hurt and its nobodys fault, I just stay witht that feeling.
No reason to act it out. In my opinion, acting it out in that way just means that you just dont dare to feel hurt, so you have to project it out on somebody.
Something related to this.....
I found this in a profile lately and really loved it:
"Personally, I find societies obsession with what a persons sexuality is a bit annoying. Whether you're bi/pan/omni/gay- - /lesbian/queer/straight... or even asexual... we're all just sexual, labeling seems less important (we don't fit into pidgeon-holes, we are not just black and white).
I think I'm going to steal an idea I saw on a placard at a gay pride parade, and just say that my sexual preference is often"
