JEG GIKK MEG VILL I SKOGENE

Jeg rømte fra min elskede
jeg sa mitt hus farvel
jeg vandret landeveiene
Alene med meg selv
Jeg gikk meg vill i skogene
Og nå er det blitt kveld

Og langs de bleke stiene
Er mange bål brent ned
Her hastet andre videre
Her hastet de avsted
Mot fjellene, mot stjernene
Mot glemsel og mot fred

Jeg gikk meg vill i skogene
Og natten stunder til
Nå vil jeg tenne opp igjen
En annens gamle ild
Og siden følge sporene
Hvor også hun for vill

Happy 17. Mai

This is a traditional dress from Norway - Nord Møre.
Every district in Norway has their very own dresses and patterns.
It is called a bunad.
The bunad you wear reflects the origion of your family
and has to be the pattern of the place they come from.
It is costum in Norway to wear it on the
Norwegian constitution day, which is the 17 of May.

I am...

...back in Norway (for holidays) and seeing it with new eyes.
Everything from:
"Wow, this is wonderful and beautiful" to
"I will soon be back here and die slowly from boredom"
I am just observing my reactions, and it is very interesting

Riddle

THE WORLDS HARDEST RIDDLE

I turn polar bears white
and I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
and make your champagne bubble.
If you squeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?

97% of Harvard graduates can not figure this riddle out, but 84% of kindergarten students were able to figure this out in 6 minutes or less. Good luck

I will try to fix it as soon as possible
If anybody knows the reason, please tell me

Nationstates

Again, I have made a new country after letting my old one slowly sink to death, because I forgot to tend to it.
For those who have not tried this out, it is quite fun
You create your own state, and rule it, answering different political issues.
Then you get sorted into categories by the site, after how you mange your country.

It makes you more aware of your own political standards, views, and where you stand
You might get surprised.
Make a nation

Saint Jordi´s day, 23. April

Today it is Sant Jordi´s day (Spanish language: San Jorge, Catalan language: Sant Jordi (Saint George), and here it is a tradition giving away a rose (to women) and a book (to men) to those that you care for and love
Saint George is known for killing a Dragon (ca. 275-281–April 23, 303) and was a soldier of the Roman empire. (from Anatolia, now modern day Turkey)
He was venerated as an Islamic and Christian martyr.

Saint George also came to be considered as patron to the Crown of,amongst others, Catalonia

This tradition which combines a rose as a symbol of love and a book as a symbol of culture, has turned April 23rd into a gay and festive celebration which fills the streets and squares with book and flower stalls. It is a day for walking around and enjoying the spectacle of streets turning into open-air book shops.
In other words - a good time to visit Barcelona!
Enjoy!

Performance art

Barcelona freeze.
100 people froze up at the beginning of La Rambla today.
If you notice a girl in a red shirt that has "fallen down" on the pavement, and an other one in yellow helping her up, the first mentioned is me
It is a very good concept, and I hope it will be repeated.

I LOVE this quote
There is no need to be religious to see the value of their texts in a spiritual manner.
And the bible is quite a smart book now and then

Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known."

!Give me the courage to not fill the empty holes!

What the hell is the point of a blog anyway?
It is just public masturbation
Why must we people be driven to such stupid measures
all the time to be seen, so we can feel a selfworth....which is something that should be basically covered considering how many souls there are on this planet, but it never sems to be.
We just fill ourselves up with
shallow, shortlived extacy and dont know how to go deeper.
Work, poularity, prestige, "love", money, sex, drugs, and general stupidity

Give me the courage to not fill the empty holes
!
